My interest in creation by hand design started when I was young, creating comic books with childhood friends. I also found amusement in messing around with Photoshop as a teenager in high school. During my senior year, an instructor pointed me towards the design program at California State University, Chico. He told me that it would be a good place for me since he saw my interest in the field. I have now since graduated from the Graphic Design program and am working as a graphic designer for the print business. As I grow my experience in this occupation I see the complexity of what it has to offer me, by having me venture outside my comfort zone and develop new skills.
